Dogs crying because they're cold

We reap what we sow.

I hear some dogs in my neighborhood moaning because it's so cold outside. It's unthinkable, heartless to me, how someone can ignore their cries and sleep soundly while their pets are freezing to death.

May God have mercy on their souls and ease these poor animals that are suffering.
