Passenger dies after collision on Highway 152

LOS BANOS -- A 58-year-old Indiana woman was killed in a collision Sunday morning on eastbound Highway 152 in the Los Banos area, the California Highway Patrol reported.

The crash was reported at 10:45 a.m. on the highway near Dinosaur Point. Aptos resident Krista Brockman, 18, was driving west on the highway when she lost control of her car for an unknown reason, the report said.

The car crashed into an eastbound car driven by McKinley Tennyson, 33, of Los Angeles, the report said. Marva Tennyson, 58, a passenger in the eastbound car, suffered fatal injuries, according to the Merced County coroner's office.

Passenger Heaven Tennyson, 31, and Brockman were flown to hospitals with major injuries.
