Native Daughters of the Golden West to hold essay contest

The Native Daughters of the Golden West will hold its annual essay contest, "Wonders of California."

Entries must be 250 to 500 words, typed and double-spaced, and on any subject relating to California.

The contest is for students in fourth through eighth grades. Name, address, phone number and grade level should be placed on the reverse side of the essay.
