Tracy police have arrested a teenager they say rode his bike up to a pickup and shot one of the occupants Friday near Interfaith Ministries in Tracy.
Police said both the suspect, who is 16, and the victim, whose age was not released but is in stable condition with two gunshot wounds, are gang members.
The suspect was on active probation for armed robbery, police said. He was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and being a felon in possession of a firearm with gang enhancements.
