Modesto makes another 'bad' list

The city of Modesto, which landed on Forbes' "most miserable cities" list last year, has landed on the magazine's bad side again.

This time, it's listed as No. 5 on the "dirtiest cities." According to the magazine, Modesto earned the designation because of particle pollution, ozone and water quality.

But, hey, at least we're not No. 1.

That honor went to Fresno.
