Clean up burned-down home

Last year, my grandchildren's home was destroyed in a fire. They lived on Figaro Avenue in a duplex. Well, my grandchildren now live next door to their burned-out house. Every time I see my 3-year-old grandson he tells me something about the fire. It has been almost a year. The insurance has been paid. Now they get to watch everyone pick through and take their burned-out belongings. I think the owners need to clean up their property.
