Explosion and ammonia leak reported at Atwater Dole plant

ATWATER -- An explosion and ammonia leak was reported tonight at the Dole plant at 7916 Bellevue Road, according to Atwater police.

According to radio traffic, no injuries have been reported, although emergency personnel are making arrangements to evacuate residents in the area.
