Johansen's Plaster, Houck named MMC water polo MVPs

Johansen’s Corey Plaster and Kyla Houck were selected the Modesto Metro Conference MVPs for boys and girls water polo.

Plaster was joined by teammates Grant Plunkett and Kody Kamstra on the first team.

Shelby Stender of Oakdale was the girls’ MVP and teammate Hayley Benson was the most valuable goalie for the Valley Oak League, and Sonora’s Bennett Personius and Ripon’s Caleb Rogers were the boys’ co-MVPs.
