Vets commission will meet Monday

MODESTO -- The Veterans Advisory Commission will meet Monday at 5:30 p.m. at 921 County Center III Drive, Modesto.

The commission will report on the status of committees studying facility purposes and needs, partnerships with education and job-placement programs, development and implementation of outreach strategy, and improvement in access to transportation for all veterans.

The commission represents all veterans in the county and reports to the Board of Supervisors.
