State roads need cleanup

Want to talk about California, mainly Modesto, Ceres and Turlock? Travel to other states and see clean, nice freeways and roads. They take pride in them.

It is a shame that our state looks like one big garbage dump, with trash everywhere you look. There is no pride in California. We need it cleaned up; it is really an eyesore.
