Downey High QB Zwahlen is MMC's most valuable player

MODESTO -- Downey QB Aaron Zwahlen was named MVP and favorite target Richard Lopez was the Offensive Player of the Year for the Modesto Metro Conference. Downey safety Herman Harris was selected the Defensive Player of the Year. Summerville's Tanner Krieg and Argonaut's Ryan King were co-MVPs in the Mother Lode League; Summerville's Darren Vallelunga shared Lineman of the Year with Argonaut's Daniel Lyle.
