Fans of Modesto native Jeremy Renner are getting excited for his hosting gig on "Saturday Night Live" this weekend.

Renner, the Oscar-nominated actor and Beyer High School graduate, comes off the successes of "Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol," "The Avengers," and "The Bourne Legacy."

Now he's beginning to promote his new film, "Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters."

Below are the trailer for the new movie, promos for SNL and an appearance Renner made Wednesday morning on "Today."
