Scholastic Book Fair begins at Modesto library

The Scholastic Book Fair has returned to the Modesto library.

The Friends of the Modesto Library will hold the sale of new books in the library auditorium today from 4 to 8 p.m., Thursday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Items for Wish List participants can be purchased during the Scholastic Book Fair.

This year's Wish List participants include the Stanislaus County Library, Cricket's House-Children's Crisis Center, Haven Women's Center, Hutton House, Parent Resource Center, Stanislaus Literacy Center and Sierra Vista.
