Denham had plenty of funds

I found it incredulous reading Rep. Jeff Denham's quote after winning re-election, "They (Democratic organizations) were trying to buy the campaign from outside." Seriously?

I guess you have to feel sorry for Denham. All he had at his disposal was a vast amount of unlimited money raised by outside pro-Republican super PACs, money financed largely by energy companies and the financial sector in an effort to protect the interests of the very wealthy.
