After reading this story, I was reminded of how important it is to base our opinions on reason and to take responsibility for them.
It wasn't wrong for this woman to have an opinion (everyone does.) The problem is that she didn't take responsibility for it. And the problem is that she didn't base it on careful reasoning; instead she based it on racism.
This is an important lesson for all of us. When we are faced with the task of either creating our own opinion or discerning someone else's, we should always base it on logic and sound reasoning and not on personal preferences.
