TURLOCK -- All lanes are open after a rollover accident on Highway 99 near Lander Avenue that had morning traffic backed up.
The collision was reported just before 7 a.m. in the southbound lanes of the road. According to preliminary reports from the California Highway Patrol, the accident involves three vehicles and a big rig.
A Honda was upside down, blocking two lanes of the freeway. The accident was cleared by 8 a.m.
