Any kind of chocolate will usually make me extremely excited, but my weaknesses are Reese's Peanut Butter Cups and 100 Grand bars. Those will be gone in a matter of seconds.
Dominique Germann, Senior, Central Valley High School
Neighbors and family members are great for always giving me individual treat baggies! I love getting almonds and Twix bars!
Gabriella Germann, Freshman, Central Valley High School
My favorite Halloween candy has to be candy corn. Some people may have their grudges against it, but I can't get enough of it!
Anna Fogarty, Junior, Central Catholic
I would like to thank anyone in advance who puts a Take 5 in my brother's trick-or-treat bag, since I don't really trick-or-treat anymore.
Maggie White, Senior, Valley Charter High
Reese's have always been my absolute favorite, whether they're Reese's Peanut Butter Cups or Reese's Pieces. Butterfingers are definitely a close runner-up, though. I look forward to Halloween all year, just because it gives me an excuse to stock up on candy without feeling too guilty.
Taylor Menezes, Junior, Central Catholic High School
My guilty pleasure when it comes to Halloween candy is definitely candy corn, and Hershey's.
Kaysie Gonzalez, Senior, Enochs High School
The suspicious, unwrapped candy corn and the occasional fortune cookie are worth the trick-or-treating, as long as I get a few Reese's Peanut Butter Cups! I won't complain about King Size candy bars, either.
Annie Mathews, Senior, Gregori High School
Peanut butter is my secret obsession. You can never have too much of it especially when it's paired with some scrumptious chocolate. Reese's Pieces, please.
Martin Cepeda, Freshman, Pitman High School
Out of all the things that I've ever received while trick-or-treating, the thing that makes me most excited is the Milky Way bar. I'm not talking about those mini-size bars of Snickers or Three Musketeers. What I'm talking about is the good old Milky Way bar. It's just so good. Two-thirds of the reason that I'm even out during Halloween is because of this amazing thing. The other reason is that Halloween is fun. So don't be surprised if you put out a bowl of Milky Ways and then they're gone the next second.
