Stanislaus culinary school ceremony today

The grand opening of the Stanislaus Culinary Arts Institute, a public school run by the Stanislaus County Office of Education, will be at 10 a.m. today at the school, 1040 Wakefield Drive, Oakdale.

The school offers vocational training for SCOE students and is borrowed by other schools to help prepare future restaurant chefs, staff and managers.
