Info: Central Valley Walk Now for Autism Speaks is a 1-mile walk on the MJC West Campus. It's a family fun day, with many kids activities and autism resource booths. • CANCER SYMPOSIUM

Info: The "Cancer Survivorship: Moving beyond Treatment" program features guest speaker Kelly Gould Burgus. Discussion will focus on common long-term effects of cancer and its treatment. • FALL CARRIAGE EXHIBIT

When: Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday, 10 a.m. to4 p.m.

Where: Riverbank Community Center, 3600 Santa Fe St.

Info: Valley Arts Association and the city of Riverbank sponsor the Fall Carriage Exhibit and Art Show. Hand-delivered artwork is accepted Thursday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.and Friday from 9 a.m. to noon. This juried show is free and open to the public. A reception will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday with presentation of awards. This event provides the funds for Valley Arts Association to give a scholarship annually to a high school senior who plans to pursue studies in the arts.
