Just read "America: The land of future slaves" (Oct. 4). After doing so I decided to do some fact checking, so I went to Snopes.com, which debunked the reference to the claim by the letter writer about bullets purchased by the government.
Snopes says it was the Department of Homeland Security and the purchase number was only 174,000 rounds to be distributed across the country to 41 different locations.
How does this affect the entire letter?
