Many Californians will be hurt by another tax increase, so I ask the following:

1. Why doesn't government eliminate waste and fraud before it asks for more tax money?

2. Why does the government cut school funding when cutting other state expenditures would have less impact on Californians?

3. Why are teachers given a day off to post Proposition 30 signs when students need more class hours? The savings should come from reducing administrative costs rather than teaching days.
