MODESTO -- Thirty-four past agriculture instructors at Modesto Junior College were honored Thursday with induction into the department's Legion of Honor.
The occasion was the 60th annual ag open house, held for the first time at the new Agriculture Center for Education Pavilion on the west campus.
The honor is for retired or deceased tenured instructors who have served the college over its nine decades:
