Patterson Irrigation District will give scholarship

PATTERSON -- Patterson Irrigation District is accepting applications for the $5,000 Clair A. Hill Scholarship for the 2013-14 academic year.

Applications must be postmarked no later than Feb. 1. The scholarship will be awarded to a qualified college or university student who is a junior or senior during the 2013-14 academic year and is pursuing a degree in a water resources-related field of study (e.g. civil engineering, agricultural and-or urban water supply, environmental studies, etc.).
