Sixty million dollars was discovered in a parks fund. By the good graces of Gov. Jerry Brown, he is going to put $30 million into parks.

What is he going to use the rest of it for? Are they going to give themselves bonuses? Drive down the debt? They need to quit tripping over each other and find out why businesses are leaving the state. Brown shouldn't threaten the people of California if they don't vote on his tax. He isn't doing anything for the poor or what's left of the middle class.
