PG&E seems overstaffed

Have you been down Dale Road the last few weeks? I have been in construction for 30 years. I have never seen an underground job like this. Please help me if I'm missing something. I have never seen so may guys standing around directing traffic protecting the huge number of guys standing around watching a few guys in excavators and a couple of welders welding gas lines, with two huge yards with nice trailers for all those guys to have a desk. I would guess there are plenty of coffee pots there also.

The economy must be good for PG&E and the company out of Michigan with all kinds of new equipment in its yard. Can I get a job before my next PG&E bill comes? Please!
