RIPON -- Two Merced County residents were arrested in Ripon after they were found to be in possession of about 70 grams of methamphetamine, authorities said.
Officer Mike Perry of the Ripon Police Department was on patrol late Tuesday night when he noticed an orange Saturn make an illegal U-turn, according to Sgt. Steve Merchant.
