Two Merced County residents were arrested in Ripon after they were allegedly found to be in possession of about 70 grams of methamphetamine, authorities said.
Officer Mike Perry of the Ripon Police Department was on patrol late Tuesday night when he noticed an orange Saturn make an illegal U-turn, according to Sgt. Steve Merchant.
Merchant said Perry pulled over the vehicle and discovered the driver, Victoria Carline White, 36, of Hilmar, had a suspended license. Her passenger, Scott Ray Casey, 24, of Hilmar, was found to be on active parole.
