MODESTO -- Today from 3 to 6 p.m., Modesto Police Department spokesmanLt. Rick Armendariz will be the guest host of the "Afternoons Live" radio talk show on 1360-AM KFIV. He will discuss crime trends, issues and challenges facing law enforcement in Stanislaus County and the region. Topics will include:
