It's refreshing to hear political candidates talk about what they're for, not just what they're against. To hear someone take a stand and support that stand with facts is much better than just telling everyone what you're against.

As I have watched the race for the 21st Assembly District seat, I have been excited to see a young man who has the fortitude to say what he's for and clearly explain why he's for it. The other candidate seems to hang on every word, just waiting to pounce, rather than simply stick to espousing his own views.

Adam Gray strikes me as an intelligent, well-thought-out young man who has studied the issues and wants to thoughtfully represent the interests of the district. His opponent seems stuck in the stodgy ways of pledge-signing reactionaries.

It's important to be able to reach across the aisle and work together. Gray strikes me as the only one capable of doing this.
