One of the hardest- working guys you will ever meet, Matt sure has accomplished a lot over the past few years. While attending Modesto Christian High School, Matt was heavily involved in giving back to his community and spent a week volunteering in Mississippi for Hurricane Katrina relief. He also spent a week on a building team for a mission trip in Mexico.

When it came to sports, Matt played golf his freshmen year, baseball his sophomore year and football all four years as a running back and strong safety. He was on the varsity football team his junior year, which went undefeated and won the 2009 CIF Division 4 state championship.

During Matt's senior year, he was captain of Modesto Christian's first wrestling team. However, what makes Matt stand out from his peers would have to be the fact that before he started college, he had 21 units of college credit thanks to Advanced Placement tests. Even with a busy schedule, he managed to graduate with a 3.79 GPA.

Matt is a sophomore at California State University, Fresno, majoring in mechanical engineering.
