Science competition accepting entries

NSTA ExploraVision, the world's largest K-12 science and technology competition, is accepting entries through Jan. 31.

Underwritten by Toshiba and administered by the National Science Teachers Association, ExploraVision challenges students to work in small teams to research scientific principles and current technologies as the basis for designing innovative technologies that could exist in 20 years.

This year, the program aligns more closely with the National Research Council's Framework for K-12 Science Education.
