Loss of top receivers to graduation will push Harris into WRrotation. Offensive plays will be limited to keep him fresh; Knights need his physical play on “D.”

• Nate Phillips

QB, Gregori

Team’s first year with seniors, but the Jags have turned to this sophomore transfer to spark an offense that got just 8.1 points a game in 2011. Jags still want an MMC win.

• Efrem Grimes

RB, Enochs

With Eagles in the veer offense, the 5-foot-7, 200-pound Grimes is the hammer who will pound the middle over and over — before he breaks long runs.

• Matt Christiansen

QB, Davis

His accuracy, footwork, leadership are ideal for West Coast-style pass game. High football IQ will benefit newcomers as Davis rebuilds its struggling program.
