Open house set for Oakdale's new hospital

The Oak Valley Hospital District will hold an open house for the public July 24 for its new $69 million hospital. Oak Valley Chief Executive Officer John McCormick said the hospital will open for business later that month.

The new hospital will be connected by a wing to the old hospital. Oak Valley will continue to use the two facilities until it has the funding to finish the new hospital's second floor, which will house patients.
