Info: Woodland West Community Neighborhood will hold a public meeting to mark its first year. • ANNUAL POND TOUR

When: Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Where: Various locations beginning at 1471 Poplar St.

Info: Annual fund-raiser for the Oakdale Community Garden Club. A map will direct visitors to local koi ponds. Tickets are available at In The Garden Nursery, Oakdale; Morris Nursery, Riverbank; West Turf, Modesto; Park Greenhouse Nursery, Ripon; and Creative Water Gardens in Escalon. Benefits fund the downtown flower pots in Oakdale. Ticket stubs will be drawn for the winner of a $100 gift certificate donated by Creative Water Gardens. Cost is $10 per person.
