Oakdale police on Friday released a more detailed description of a vehicle used by the suspect of an alleged rape that occurred Wednesday.
A 16-year-old girl told police she was abducted at knifepoint in the 600 block of West J Street, driven to an unknown location outside the city and raped.
The truck is described as a midsized black pickup with a tinted rear window, according to Detective Brian Shimmel. The paint was peeling off the hood and it had damage to the passenger side door and bed as if it had been "T-boned." Shimmel said the alleged victim also reported it had black stock wheels on one side and chrome or aluminum wheels on the other.
