Modesto Junior College begins its comprehensive spring sports season with a men's and women's swimming dual meet against Las Positas today at 3:30 at the Dave Ashleigh Aquatics Complex.

Also getting under way today is the MJC women's tennis team with a road trip to Sierra of Rocklin. The rest of the Pirates' nine-team spring sports calendar kicks off next week.
