BASEBALL

RAINBOW LEAGUE — Rainbow Fields is introducing T-ball and coach-pitch programs in 2012. T-Ball for 4- to 6-year-olds, coach-pitch for 6- to 8-year-olds. Age determined by April 31 birthdates. Cost is $60 per player before Dec. 31, $75 per player afer Dec. 31, $10 off for each additional sibling. Fee includes T-shirt, hat, and league insurance. SALIDA LL — Early registration at Salida Park (Broadway & Magnolia Streets in downtown Salida) from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Dec. 10 & Dec. 17, and Jan. 4 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at Pizza Blast (corner of Broadway Ave. & Elm St.). Challenger, for ages 6-18, $50 plus ($100 mandatory fundraiser will be paid for by March 3); T-Ball, ages 4-5, $75 plus ($100 mandatory fundraiser will be paid for by March 3); Farm, Minor, Major, Junior & Senior Divisions, ages 6-16, 1st child fee is $135 plus (mandatory $100 fundraiser paid by March 3) and 2nd child is $125 plus (mandatory $100 fundraiser).
