Salida grade school students tour Foster Farms turkey ranch

Second graders from Sisk Elementary School in Salida get a look at Nicholas Broad Breasted White turkeys on Thursday morning at Wellsford Ranch in Modesto.

The ranch that is owned by Foster Farms gave the kids a rare behind the scenes look at the presidential turkey flock.

President Obama pardoned one of the birds from the flock last Thanksgiving.
