A different experience

Regarding "Memorial ER horror stories" (Oct. 15, Letters): Emergency rooms receive a lot of criticism for long waiting times, and we did experience that recently at Memorial, but during our eight-hour visit, we also met a wonderful group of dedicated, efficient professionals who patiently and kindly cared for the needs of everyone who walked through their doors.
