I've been doing a lot of thinking lately about global warming. I look to the east and I see the majesty of Yosemite. Scientists who've studied Yosemite say at one time it was a glacier.

I wonder what caused it to recede? Was it natural global warming or was it the Indian tribes who lived there with their smoky old campfires and the need to be warm in the winter that caused the glacier to recede? Or was it Mother Nature who periodically cleans things up?

I'm not really concerned; I'll survive whatever comes. So someone tell me what really caused the Yosemite glacier to recede? Maybe the Environmental Protection Agency could enlighten me.
