We have the choice to increase the sales tax to ensure use of the senior center more than 6 months in 2012.
We have the choice to maintain our police and fire departments as they are today.
We have the opportunity to serve and see that the funds go to maintain the above.
Do you appreciate the quality life we have in Oakdale? I do and want it to continue.
We came to Oakdale 46 years ago with four children and one dog. My family liked the quality of life here, and three of the four children remained. That alone means we needed three more homes, more schools and teachers. Now another generation is attending schools here. For a minimal $25 to $30 a year, for no more than three years, we can maintain the above plus so much more.
So, become involved and support our town with your vote for a bill that will ensure the quality of life we have enjoyed for many years.
