The Northern California JR Rodeo Association is holding its 28th annual JR Rodeo Finals on Saturday and Sunday at the Oakdale Rodeo Grounds.

The event features the top cowboys and cowgirls ages 6--18 that compete in 18 different events. Admission is free.
