MJC (2-0) rode the momentum into a dominant second half, featuring goals by Chavez, Fernando Madrigal and Andres Mendoza. Ariel Martinez picked up two assists and Ivan Perez added another. Modesto goalkeepers accounted for five saves, four by Guillermo Mejia.
