Synopsis: Alexandrea Bigham, 3, Castro Valley, was found in the bathtub underwater when Stanislaus County Sheriff's deputies arrived at the Patterson home in the 400 block of Thrush Drive. Her mother, Jennifer Lynn Bigham, 23, was arrested on suspicion of murder and child abuse causing death. She was briefly hospitalized for self-inflicted superficial stab wounds to her upper body.

Motivation: Unknown.
