Name: Billy Miller, 27, Ceres

Synopsis: Stanislaus County Sheriff's Department deputies were called to a fight in the street near Dorsey and E streets in Waterford about 1:30 a.m. They found Billy Miller on the stairs of an apartment complex, fatally wounded by a gunshot to the chest.

Motivation: Deputy Andrew Winter, spokesman for the department, said he didn't know what the fight was about, and it's believed that just the two men were involved in the fight.

Suspects: The Sheriff's Department identified Jose Luis Solis Jr., 30, of Waterford as a suspect. He is at large and considered armed and dangerous.
