DESCRIPTION: 31 years old, 6 feet tall, 180 pounds, black hair, brown eyes

THE CASE: Solis is wanted by the Stanislaus County Sheriff's Department on suspicion of shooting to death 27-year-old Billy Miller of Ceres.

NOTES: Sheriff's officials said the shooting occurred about 1:30 a.m. May 14 during a fight between Solis and Miller near Dorsey and E streets in Waterford.
