Stanislaus County Board of Supervisors Watch

The Stanislaus County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday approved:

Placing the Waterford Unified School District's $11 million bond and Hughson Unified School District's $21 million bond on the Nov. 2 general election ballot.

Proceeding with initial steps toward regionalization of services for building permit inspections and plan checks with Modesto.

Setting a public hearing for Aug. 17 to consider approving a community plan amendment and rezoning of 8.7 acres at the northeast corner of Sisk Road and Pelandale Avenue for 107,000 square feet of restaurants, stores, retail and offices.
