• CHARGE:Assault with a deadly weapon

• DESCRIPTION:22 years old, 5 feet 3 inches tall, 115 pounds, black hair, brown eyes

• THE CASE:Villasenor is wanted by Modesto police for his suspected involvement in a September 2008 drive-by shooting after a gang- related fight near the Jack in the Box restaurant on Paradise Road in west Modesto.

• NOTES:He also is wanted on suspicion of participating in a street gang.
