Mikuni's barbecue sauce: Does anyone have a clone for the barbecue sauce that Mikuni's serves with its albacore tuna?

Sky-high pie: I am looking for a recipe called high-top apple pie. I could get this pie about 20 years ago at a Mexican restaurant in Ontario (San Bernardino County) on Euclid Avenue. I can't remember the name of the restaurant, which is now closed.

The baker made this pie with a regular crust, on the top and bottom, and built it up very high. It was so popular, the restaurant would take orders. The baker moved to another state.

Does anyone have the recipe for this great pie?

Whole peas, if you please: I'm trying to find dried, whole yellow peas. I am not interested in the split pea variety.

The whole peas used to be easy to find in most grocery stores. It would mean a lot to me if I could find a good source for the peas.
