Federal agents who investigated one-time Stanislaus County sheriff's deputy Bob Holloway are expected to testify at a hearing today in Fresno.
The hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. at the federal courthouse.
Holloway, 62, was arrested in July 2008 with 11 other men.
Prosecutors say Holloway ran a chop shop out of his Denair motorcycle shop and trafficked in stolen vehicle parts. Defense attorneys are trying to get wiretap evidence in the case thrown out before it goes to trial in July.
Agents from the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives are expected to take the stand.
